Brokis embarked on a transformative journey across Italy and France, redefining lighting design with a visionary collaboration. Teaming up with Italian stylist Simona Sbordone and photographer Max Zambelli, Brokis orchestrated a spectacular photo shoot spanning four exclusive locations. Over 120 exquisite lights, drawn from their diverse portfolio, were artfully captured in settings that ranged from historic to contemporary.
The culmination of this endeavour is a breathtaking printed magazine, unveiled to acclaim at Milan's prestigious Salone del Mobile. This masterpiece not only showcases the versatility of Brokis lights but also sets a new standard in presentation for the brand.
At the heart of this project lies an exploration of light's transformative power. Each Brokis creation, whether suspended in a Milanese apartment or nestled by Lake Como's shimmering waters, evolves throughout the day. From a beacon of pure design under the sun to an enchanting presence as dusk settles, these lights redefine ambience with every passing hour.
Reflecting on the project, Simona Sbordone shares her vision of integrating Brokis lights seamlessly into diverse environments. "I envisioned each light not just as an object but as a catalyst for atmosphere," she explains. "By carefully selecting settings that ranged from historic villas to minimalist urban spaces, we aimed to inspire Brokis clients to reimagine their living spaces with elegance and sophistication."
The journey begins at Villa Peduzzi, a 1920s marvel overlooking Lake Como, where Muffins lights cast a warm glow against the villa's rich textures and hues. Across to Stresa, a starkly modernist backdrop invites minimalist designs like Prisma to shine in their elemental purity, emphasising transparency and form.
In the cosmopolitan realm of Milan, Brokis lights find harmony amidst the city's blend of tradition and innovation. Here, in a setting adorned with historical relics, Balloons and Trottola lights add a playful yet refined touch, bridging past and present effortlessly.
Each location tells a story - a narrative of light and space woven with meticulous detail by Max Zambelli's lens. "I approached this project as an interior designer would," he reveals. "Capturing not just light but the essence of each environment, I aimed to reveal how Brokis lights enhance the inherent beauty of any space."
From the shores of Lake Geneva to the architectural marvels of Stresa, the Brokis Storyline unfolds as a testament to craftsmanship and imagination. As Simona Sbordone concludes, "These lights are more than fixtures; they are statements of style and sophistication. They illuminate not just spaces, but the very essence of living."
In every photograph and every carefully curated setting, Brokis lights transcend functionality to become icons of design. They embody a commitment to beauty that illuminates the soul of every environment they grace, day or night.
