Coming soon to a Vibia product near you: 23 new colours ranging from sky blue to burnt orange, olive green to charcoal grey.

Unveiled to the press in Europe this month, Chromatica is a custom finish program which caters to design professionals as an inspirational tool.

Chromatica is a collaboration between Vibia and Note Design Studio. Its palette was meticulously selected based on each colour’s prominence and suitability within the architecture and design landscape. The colours are designed to complement the appearance of common materials such as concrete, metal and bricks.

Each colour is translated into its NCS (or Natural Colour System) notation. The finishes range from muted to vivid, which monochrome options as well as colour-rich hues. It allows for Vibia’s most sought-after product lines to integrate into virtually any modern design proposal.

Within the collection, there are several groups of finishes – Light, Dark, Neutral, Vibrant and Subtle.

Each group plays its role within an interior; a Dark hued fixture will create a fascinating contrast between its finish and light output. A Light finish will help to amplify the light and create a soothing atmosphere.
