Zero was founded in Sweden in 1978. From the very beginning, its goal was to create distinct and idiosyncratic lighting for lovers of design.

Zero combines technical and aesthetic knowledge to create unique illuminants for indoor and outdoor settings – public works, homes, institutions and commercial fitouts. 

Their approach to lighting design – craftsmanship, eco-consciousness and innovation –  has earned them praise in Sweden and abroad. Plus, their means of manufacturing is local and smaller-scale than most, with more than 80% taking place in and around Nybro.
